Here to Support with Compassionate Care

As we age or manage chronic health conditions, everyday tasks like bathing, dressing, and eating can become more challenging. If you or your loved one lives at home, receiving assistance with these activities can be essential to maintaining independence and quality of life.

For those in a skilled center, round-the-clock support with ADLs is often fundamental to safety and well-being. Whether at home through our long-term care plans or in one of our two skilled centers for rehabilitation and nursing care, we provide the care and support you or your loved one needs.

Our goal is to enhance independence and improve quality of life whenever possible.

What Are ADLs?

ADLs are routine self-care activities that may become difficult for individuals with chronic disabilities. They are typically divided into two categories:

Basic ADLs

We assist with all of these essential activities:

  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Eating
  • Mobility
  • Toileting

Instrumental ADLs (IADLs)

We can provide assistance with all of the following activities:

  • Meal preparation
  • Medication management
  • Housekeeping
  • Arranging transportation
